With the push of a button, the One-Pop feature kettle will heat, pop a batch of corn, and turn itself off after one popping cycle, not allowing an unattended kettle of popped corn to catch fire if forgotten. Each stainless steel kettle (7500W and 5280W, respectfully) cooks popcorn quickly and efficiently, while the heated popcorn deck, digital temperature controller, and interior heat lamp keep popcorn fresh and warm. The twin kettles, 50 lb. corn bin, and 6' cabinet provide extra corn storage. Plus, the Cornditioner warming system maintains the perfect temperature for popcorn to ensure a high-quality product every time.
The (2) kettles are capable of making up to 1,280 (640 per kettle) 1 oz. servings per hour (64 small 1 oz. serving bags per popping cycle), and are equipped for a direct-oil feed. Compatible with a bag-in-box oil pump (sold separately). Plus, the aluminum extruded cabinet frame makes this popper easy to use. As the kettles fill up, this units unique counterbalance dump and return system allows popcorn drops down to the warming area, ready for service. The removable one-piece kettle lid, clean-out drawer, and lift-off Vyvak door promote easy cleaning while minimizing lost or broken pieces thanks to their clean-in-place design. Additionally, a cycling pilot light, illuminated eye-level rocker switches, and a direct drive motor make operating this popper easy for employees of all skill levels.
