Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has a larger heat transfer surface area for more thorough cooking. The stainless steel mounting base includes lugs that allow you to bolt the unit to a countertop or floor stand. In addition, this kettle features a butterfly-shaped pouring lip and tilting console that lets the kettle tilt 100 degrees for quick and easy emptying. Two positions allow it to tilt or lock, and the handle can be mounted on the right or left side, depending on your preference.
